What is a cord? Can you do metric tons? BTW, @rick81721 wants it for his fireplace in Florida, you know, for when he temperature drops below 70, will probably fit in his trunk...

1 cord is 102.8 bushels in dry measure, or 957 gallons in liquid measure. i'd go with dry here,

~18" is ideal but I'm not good enough to be picky. less than a foot is too small for my carving abilities, otherwise I'll take anything.
ok, I'll probably politely turn down a 700lb 4ft dia log ;)

4' long 18" is no joke either. a little over 400 lbs if maple.

sorry 4ft was a typo. 2.5-3ft is more like it. OTOH, there is very little chance of me hand carving maple anyway.
