iso straight 1 1/8 27.5 or 29 suspension fork 120 mm

I got the 27.5 dragon with a straight fork. The fork is wonky.

Does anyone have an old fork in the parts bin?

Or do I just get a rigid and call it a day?

Ive checked before, no. I think the head tube is too small. But I'll check again

Adaptors work straight to tapered not the other way but who knows I ate paint chips as a kid

you can get a lower that lets you run a tapered. I had an orbea hard tail with a 1 1/8 straight and got some adapter and rode a tapered fork.

If you have a 44mm id ( I think that's the number) head tube, you can get an external lower cup that allows you to do this. It's a thing.

My headset was small, so no external cup for me.

I think the older Reba's you can change the travel with those little black spacers. I used to have a reba air on my SS 29er, and it came with the spacers so you could change it. The ones with the motion control dampers

I'm getting the fork serviced and probably selling the bike. Or keeping it as a spare.
