ISO: Single speed / fixed road bike

Looking for a single speed, or really any road bike. L to XL. Cheap and or affordable. Don’t mind doing some work on it. Thanks.

I have a size 58 CAAD5 track frameset that I'm looking to unite with someone who's a bit taller than me. Includes a campy headset. Could include a dura Ace crankset as well if that's your jam. Would rather keep the wheels and crap for another build tho. Brief review: if it was a 56 you could pry it from my cold dead hands. Fun bike.

I have this, it's got a flip flop fixie/freewheel hub. It's actually a neighbors ex's that shes looking to sell.

Some work required, back wheel needs spokes replaced as there are several broken.
