Is this a legal trail?

I rode this area once, and it was awesome, but I did notice a few gun club signs so I was confused about the legality of this trail. Parts were also super over-grown so I wasn't too sure....Any info?

I'm not 100% sure, but I was told this private property is owned by a developer who has not moved forward with a development project.

I ride there often and haven't had any issues. Was actually there today. Great loop.

Clear cut area is private property. Only about 1/8 mile of that trail is on private yet never seen a hassle about it. No road frontage to support development. The bottom right hand part of the square is morris county open space. The one area you don't want to go is dead center of ssp, not in your square. there is a piece of land privately owned and the guy has a hunting club. He is always back there and very unfriendly to trespassers. The new trail section up by the powerlines boarders this area. Look at the Jorba map and you will see the white area in the middle...
