Santillos in Elizabeth just won the Pete Genovese best pizza in NJ poll, crushing Tony D's in Caldwell for the top spot. I've never been, but heard its fantastic. What say you?

I haven’t eaten there (yet), but people I trust swear by it. I sometimes work in Elizabeth but keep forgetting to stop by.
As a NYC transplant pizza is a touchy subject, I’ve been pretty disappointed with pizza in jersey. Not saying I haven’t had good pizza, just more misses than hits.

Absolute Gold. No disrespect but F*ck Jacks!

Unboxings have been great too. I watched the first couple 'cause I had nothing better to do, now I just catch the hightlights.
 
I like it, but it's different. Well done/dense crust, good sauce and ingredients. Definitely worth a try. Lasagna pie is my favorite so far.

That said, his Instagram content probably plays a part in the massive hype.
