Is parking at lot A at Skylands Manor for mountain biking allowed?

Hi, is parking at lot A at Skylands Manor for mountain biking allowed? And if so how late is the lot open? I wanted to go up the beginning of that Shepherd Pond Trail which looks like it starts at Morris Rd. I've never ridden here before so I'm not really familiar with the trails. I've hiked there a few times from Ringwood Manor to the lake which was great. But that was many years ago. Or do I have to park up by the pond? Any help with a loop is appreciated thanks.

You could park there but you're SOL right now due to the state parks being closes / NJ state gov. closure. You'll need to park at the school lot to ride although technically no one is allowed in the state parks.
