Ready to pedal! Amazing how the Di2 derailleur just bolted on and connected with a re-assuring "beep" Set the stops and B post. Shifts without a fuss, same trim.

Oh and my favoirite Park tool. DAG-1. Hanger was bent, no way to see it without this tool. Tweaked it into submission.
