If you were going to buy a good elliptical machine what would you buy?

I bought a Schwinn 420 elliptical off amazon in 2011 for $600. It was obviously not gym quality, but I used it pretty heavily for like three winters, and it got the job done.

I've had my Sole E35 for years.. wife and I use it regularly; more so now that I haven't been in the woods in 3 weeks or so. I mix up weights (free / Body Solid) MWF, Elliptical or road ride the other days.

Concept 2 rower is the shit. I bring it out on the deck on nice days....benn a lifesaver recently

I don’t know...maybe $500. You can do PayPal and I will put it out into the garage for pick up. It is heavy.

There's always 2 kinds in the gym, one with fixed height foot pads and one with adjustable height pads. Adjustable is better as it gives you a second element of adjustability for your workout- stride and elevation.
