How do you lose a fender without noticing (assuming that's a front fender)? Either way, good on you for tracking the owner down.

Thanks. I have various fork mounts for carrying different bikes. The the thing they all have in common is they are standard two bolt mounts. My truck is a Nissan Frontier and it had a track system installed in the bed. I went to Home Depot and picked up some inserts that fit in track system (can't remember what they are called). I was able to bolt the mounts right into the truck's track system. It works like a charm.
