Ideal lewmo trail route?

Does anyone have a trail route for this park thay can share? I understand there's been various changes and auditions over time and with some trails having either a better/more fun or even a suggested safer direction, a route or at least specific trail guidance would be greatly appreciated. Something like 15 miles or so if possible or if the trail network isn't that beaucoup, whatever it will bear and I can re do some.

Thanks!

I was there Saturday morning and was wondering the same thing myself. Preferably a route that's all downhill! 😉

u can go downhill all you want so long as you complete ur uphill! multiple ways to get up and multiple ways down, best bet is to experiment to find the down you enjoy most and up you dislike the least, gonna be different for everyone

I think last year's race route was really fun.
the new race course is pretty fun too

Link to the new race course?

I never raced but have been riding here off and on since the mid 2000's and at one time it was simply the yellow trail loop but now all the colors have been shifted a bit, and added to, so you could say that I'm quite "out of the loop".

13 miles = 2 laps

Here is my morning route. Granted this has been on an ebike recently.

The trailforks map red is my route, yellow are downhill sections. This is 8.7 miles. I do climb the fire road twice for the green trail that comes back to the parking lot.

Do you have a link to the Strava activity?

I rode here for the first time today, and it seems like I hit most of the good stuff. I mixed the race route plus some other rides I scoped out.

I would do this same loop again, with a few minor tweaks: leaving out the stuff north of 24 (IMO wasn't work the extra climbing), and starting on the green trail (I haven't ridden it, but it seems like a better option than the Patriot's Path start on the race loop).

If anyone is interested I put it together as 2 separate laps since there's a bit of doubling up and IMO this makes it easier to follow on the Garmin:

Did you miss the new part of green? It's a great addition

Probably, screen shot the section for me.

There was a closed trail in that area too.
You missed this section it’s better than the fire road.

And second screen shot is new white,
