IMO, get what fits you the best.
If at all possible, try to find the one that fits in the toptube and get that one!
Buying by brand is fine, but it tends to lead to a bike that does not fit as well as it could.
Which one of the bikes feels best when you are riding it? Why?
How is the reach and how do the things that affect reach differ on each bike?
Seat, seatpost, toptube, & stem, handlebars.
Remember that stem, handlebars can be changed pretty easy and can easily make the "fitment" of the bike.
But at the heart of the matter, the TT measurement should be as close as possible to perfect for you so that you can "fine-tune" with all your other resources.
