I'm real new to the site and real glad I found it due to the fact I relocated from rockland county, NY to raleigh, NC 9yrs ago and travel back to NY occassionally to visit family and friends. I have been riding for close to 8 years know and started when I moved down south and we have tons of trails down here between the RTP area and the mountains of PISGAH national forest 4 hrs away. Anyway I will be making a visit up to NY in August and hope I can hookup with some fellow mtber's and maybe get a tour of Ringwood and any other trails that would keep this aggressive XC clydesdale rider busy for a few days.

nc is great. i used to "commute" to rocky mount in my past life working in the environemntal business. my wife and i looked into relaocting to rd/rtp area, but a better job kept us here.
