How do you seat xd driver on hub.

I took my xd hub body off the hub, serviced it and thought how am i supposed to get it back on. After pushing and tapping it on in a counter clockwise motion and failing i took thread and wound it around the pawls and tapped it in then unraveled it. This seemed a success.

I must have done something wrong because there is a lot of resistance in the freehub. i think i missed one of the spacers on the end i forgot to put it in.

3 questions. How is the freehub supposed to go on normally? How tight should the cassette be tightened? This is my first servicing of something without the older style lock ring nut.

And 3, one of the pawls is digging itself into the body where it pivots and is probably engaging by itself and wearing out. Are there any aftermarket hubs. the hub says sen-10 on it.

Spacers and tapping? Mine are one piece and tighten on clock-wise. Got pictures?

I put everything together and seems good enough. i was missing putting the spacer behind the freehub.

I mean the hub has the notches inside the hub. The freehub slides down the axle then the pawls need to be retracted to fit.
