Jeebus man. You don't have your preferred measurements memorized? Novice!

The Top Tube length is most important.
The 56cm frame in this add has a 56cm TT.
The 54cm frame has a 55.3cm TT.

Pick whichever is closest to your road bike.

For the record, If one of these frames was a 58cm, you would not have had the opportunity to buy. I'd be picking it up right now. The 56 is too small for me.

Turned out I was right, 56. I wouldn't call it memorized though. Maybe mesmerized.

Already traded emails with the guy.

Ben,

How tall are you? I'm always on the lookout for more bikes, being 6'1"-6'2" I've stuck to 56cm I've never really seen you but I've always taken you to be somewhere in that range (not sure why), do you ride a 58 on the road too? My 58 CM tri frame is a good size but they usually scrunch down the cockpit on those, I've typically felt at home on a 56.
