A month or so ago we discussed getting some hill climb times for some of the longer hills. I'll start with the gravel trail up Tourne:
Start: The wooden half gate at the parking lot next to the playground
Finish: Heading up the fire road in a clockwise direction to the first pinic table on the right at the top.
Distance: 0.56 miles
Ascent: 268ft
Time: 6:43
Bike: '06 Stumpy full squishy
Ok, so the time isn't brilliant but it's my first time up this climb this year and I was in the middle cog all the way! I put that down to spin classes since this was my first ride in 6 weeks! GO SPIN CLASSES!
Lets call this the clockwise climb route
