Iread an article though that said for every extra pound you carry a mile uphill you will lose 20 seconds on average

i think Selene recently quoted that -
if only to shed a quick 100.....or even 50!
 
So let's say there is a mile long hill that I can climb in four minutes. If I lose 13 lbs, does that mean that I move backward in time 20 seconds by riding up that hill?

You didn't have a twang but the skoal breaks at intersections was a little overboard. And you kept insisting the Mountain Dew in your water bottle is basically carbonated Gatorade, but I think there's more to it...
 
Instead of the generic southern jokes I should be trying harder and using Northerner jokes. We've got our own stereotypes up here that are just as good.
