you are no help to anyone, you also probably would say that a 100 miler on saturday and the bearscat 50 the next day is a good idea
I'll be doing neutral support by bike again this year. Any requests on what you want me to carry? Last year I had a pannier filled with tubes and CO2 and the other filled with powerbars.
