Headset Shim

I have a Gary Fisher X-Cal with the Cane Creek Zero Stack headset, and its binding up. I looked up the headset and see that there are apparently shims that are missing from mine. Is this something that I can get at any shop, or maybe use some kind of washer from Lowes? A little help would be greatly appreciated.

any good shop will have the parts to get you going.

Those spacers are super skinny, not a Lowes item. We have some if you're anywhere near Stirling.
