Did a loop after work and while on red came across a dude, I think Latino, that had a large hoodie on tied tight to his face, jeans and a huge back pack. When I politely came up behind him to pass I said excuse me, he just moved over slightly and ignored as looking away in the other direction at the ground. Typically I would just move on but something just seemed very off about him. Just a heads up. Probably nothing but you never know.
