Heading to CT: Ridgebury & Danbury

I used to hike/snowshoe in Bennets a long time ago, so I don't have current intel,
but as a NEMBA supported park, I'd say it's for sure worth a look.
Seems like they've added a lot of trails since I was last there.

Tarrywile doesn't look to have changed much, so I'd say give it pass.
Not much mileage, and no great shakes as I recall.

Another park that might be within striking distance for you is Huntington.
Another park NEMBA has had a hand in,
and there's been recent trail building in there.

Thx for the info. I never made it out that way. My reason for going fell through. I will keep this in mind for the future.

Who has ridden Trexler? I have heard about it and was wondering if its worth the drive?

Sorry guys, brain wasnt working when I posted. Yes, I did mean the Trexler in PA, and it would be a 90 min drive for me. sorry its in the wrong thread

Probably not worth 90 minutes 1-way. I really like the park but it does not justify 3 hours in a car.
