They have something screwy with their server, pm one of the mods and they will put you ip on a safe list.

I was on a few days ago... but the site doesn't seem to get anywhere near the traffic it used to when Jon (hcor) was running and and pushing it. From what I gather, he basically passed the reigns to Taz some years ago due to work commitments...

Granted... I've been out of the loop a lot since 2003/4... and I'm going by a very foggy memory...
