If you start/finish in Long Valley there's the Long Valley Brew Pub for ales and grub. Down side - limited parking for trailhead for a group ride. Gorge is worth the ride.

We’re starting in Highbridge where there’s a brewery and restaurant not far away. You can also link Columbia to the West Morris trail and end up in Succasunna by Marty’s and hit the Black River Barn for good food and beer.

not a loop... out and back... i have this which is close... there's a few more miles past long valley that some people may want to do to make it closer to 30 miles total... the stop where we turned around is the Coffee Potter (in case people want to grab coffee). Califon is also a good turn-around point for something like 12 miles round trip. Hope that helps!
