From what I see around the site it looks like you have a nice mtb community here.
I recently transplanted to Jersey City from the west coast (don't hold that against me). I grew up in West Marin California riding Mt. Tam and the Marin Headlands. Spent some time in Washington riding mostly mud in the Olympic Forest. Landed in Los Angeles for far too long and escaped as often as possible to the Santa Monica Mountains (see opening of the TV show MASH).
I am a XC rider looking forward to checking out the area and asking what you all would recommend in the North Jersey area. So far I have only ridden William Morris Park a few times.
