Good deal for SS/fixed gear conversion?

the only thing id like is a flip flop hub, but idk what else i would need to make it work.

The rear hub in this eBay sale is spaced for a track bike (120mm). Road bikes intended have 130mm spacing. MTBs have 135mm hubs. That is the width of the hub. You can change the spacing of a hub by removing the short axle and replacing it with a longer one and adding some washers. I'd have this done at a shop it may cost $30 bucks or so.
