Hey everyone. Selling my 2008 Turner RFX.

Bike has been well taken care of.

I always wondered what the purpose of the "feeler" was, I could understand for launching a new product on the market, but for selling a second hand bicycle:hmmm:

I may need more info here.

As for the Dirty Dancing bike previously listed on this site, that thing is PRICELESS!!!!
 
A feeler is when people post up a nice/rare/retro/etc. bike to see how much people would be willing to pay to determine whether it's worth selling or keeping. Only problem is, :worthless
 
When I was working as a wrench a customer came in and was looking to purchase a kickstand for his bike, when I asked what kind of bike he had (wheelsize, mountain, cruiser, kids bike, etc...) he said he was unsure, but then blurted out (in a tone and with expression like he had the answer) it's blue.

When I was unable to figure out the kickstand that would best suit his bike, he looked at me like I just informed him he had a terminal case of ebola.

I wonder if that bike ever did receive a kickstand.:hmmm:
 
Reverse Auction...

Throw it up with a high price and start lowering until you get offers. That will tell you what it's worth.

Oh - and details/size/pics of course. 😀
 
Go on ebay and click on advanced next to the search button. Enter 2008 Turner RFX and select "sold listings". You'll get a feel for it there. www.bicyclebluebook is another option, but that bike is not listed.

without knowing the condition, you should be able to get $1000 with ebay, but figure around 10-13% has to go back to ebay/paypal (looks like x9 drive train with some raceface parts, Fox rp23/36 air, figure everything is working as it should).

More info may be able to achieve a better price, I would try to sell it before winter hits though, or wait till next year.
