Front 26er wheel cheaper than cheap

Trash find while looking at tiles for someone here, front wheel is bent. I'm looking to replace the wheel tune it up and give it a horrible life under my sister's ownership (yes the one who tried lsd that I drove 6 hours for through the night last month).


This thing is will most likely be stolen while being stored at the Harrison path station so the cheapest is the best I can dooooo.

no its going to take more time then I care to give but fuck it how should I get at this? bend is straight or let out all the spoke tension straighten the rim and then retention?

BTW... that bike is a pretty good find.

I passed it at 9am and hoped someone would pick it since it wasn't my size then it dawned on me it's my sister's size. If she didn't want it I was going to give it away here. Aside for the wheel it looks new and it's still got the sticker from the bike shop it was bought from.
