Well I didn't wake up at 4:30 per my usual geriatric sleep disorder, so the restart didn't happen.
Will try again in the wee hours of tomorrow morning.

Thank you @Patrick for the reset, it seems to work. Scared me a bit this AM though, I thought the world was coming to an end. Maybe that's a sign I'm on here too much.

What a disaster. I restarted around 4:30 and it didn’t come back. I was online with the service provider. They had to escalate.
came back around 6:30?

had to skip my 7am Allaire ride!
