First time taping a tubeless rim - is this going to break my face?

Question 1: The front wheel has a small ding on the bead hook. I haven't tried to set this one up tubeless yet, but wondering if this is a deal breaker? Or will the tire bead conform and seal? No pic at the moment.

Question 2: I set up the rear wheel with new tape today. The tape is up on the side of the bead hook in a few spots. Is this going to cause a failure at some point? I don't want to lose a bead at speed. FWIW everything seated just fine w/ a hand pump. The rim is a Pacenti SL23 with Stans 25mm tape, tire is a gravel king TLC.

Held air overnight, so that's a good sign. I will probably re-tape anyway since I have 21mm tape on the way. The rim is 20mm internal width and I used 25mm tape thinking it would work.

Tape on the bead is not an issue (some mechanics recommend it. nor is a small ding in the bead. You can always take an adjustable wrench and use it to flatten out said ding.
