My friend steve and I used to ride at Mahlon at least two or three times a week for about three years. I haven't rode Mahlon in at least six or seven years... but we used to like that it had some nice "rolling hill" sections/semi-loops where you could keep your momentum (and speed

Back then we rode literally 325+ days a year, and I can remember that we used to always pick Mahlon when the snow was deep just hoping to keep precious momentum up...
