Feel Like I'm Goin' to Prison

So, have an update. Went to the doc today to check out the left shoulder (my good arm). He said I could get an MRI of it if I wanted. This could delay surgery a month due to workers comp filing or I could do some rehab and get the surgery 2 weeks after it was scheduled. Decided to delay the surgery 2 weeks and let that side rest, do some PT and hit it with ice. Not ideal but at least I get some recovery time for my good arm before its my only arm for 6+ weeks.
