anybody with Fatback and 907 size medium in NY/NJ (no LI).
looking to get one but not sure which one.
Sizes of these Fatties are little different. 907 medium is 17" and Fatback is 18". Fatback specs are very limited.
BTW. My medium 29er is 16.5.

We have a medium 9:ZERO:7 frame in stock and I have a small built that you can ride. My normal 29er mountain bike size is 17.5 but I ride a small in the 9:ZERO:7.

i think small will be too small. I am hair under 5 10". BTW, 9zero7 uses 30.9mm seat post while Fatback 31.6mm.
now even more confusing is cranksets for these 170mm frames.
9zero7 - no issue with 2x10
Fatback - stay way from 10 speed and uses their special cranksets (WTH).
On forums people use ISIS 100m bracket and any ISIS drive crank, others say - uses fatty specific crank.

First off, don't go into the fat bike forum on MTBR, you'll go crazy. A lot of people have done a lot of things, and it's too overwhelming to take it all in.

Don't try to rig anything. Buy a fat bike crank. 10-Speed will work on any fat bike, the spacing is closer together than 9-Speed and will thus give you MORE clearance everywhere in the drivetrain.

There's 100 seatpost sizes, every frame I own has a different one, that's all part of the fun, same with front derailleurs.

Come in and I'll show you what you need. We have fat bikes with every possible combination of parts sitting on the floor.

I'm 5'9 and thought from 9zero7 spec sheets that i would b a med but ended up riding a small from High Gear and realized that a small was really longer but with more stand over than my 2013 mukluk

curved top tube provides more standover. test medium Muk and it was good fit - almost since handlebar was too high.
