Looking to get a set of clipless for my son. I use Speedplay, but I think the plarform is too small for him to get used to for a first set. He does not use them on the MTB. Any thoughts?

do mtb platforms - the shoes are easier to walk in, and the release can be set to loose.
also the multi-release cleats (sh-56). they also work for spin class, and would xfer to the mtb....
i ended up with a single sided spd shimano - PD A600 on the roadie

This sounds like a great option. Price is right and I have a couple pairs of shoes that mat fit him.
