Reagan was president the last time congress approved a new section 8 housing project. Not too worried about that. As a New Yorker, the only rational fear is new luxury apartment buildings.

The back-end software is upgraded. More features, etc.

Having said that, in general, the people who change back to the classic style won't notice the differences in message board software.
