Diablo Freeride Park has jumped in to sponsor and support NYCMTB's trail building at Highbridge! At every Friday and Saturday work day from here on out, we'll be doing a drawing among the volunteers for one free Diablo lift ticket, and everyone who comes out to volunteer over the next 4 weeks will be entered in a drawing for a FREE DIABLO SEASON PASS! That's right- not only do you get to pitch in and help build the first legal mtb trails in NYC, you also get a chance to win a free lift ticket and a chance at a season pass. The more times you volunteer, the more chances you have to win.
Here's a schedule of upcoming trailwork days from here through opening weekend:
Tomorrow (Sunday, April 22) from 9am-3pm. I'll be leading trailbuilding while the Green Apple Corps leads a community clean-up.
Every Friday from 9am - 3pm. Mike Vitti will be leading the Green Apple Corps through trailwork at Highbridge, and they could use additional volunteers (meet at the jump park).
Every Saturday from 9am - 3pm. I'll be leading volunteers through trailwork at Highbridge (meet 9 am at the jump park).
