I am planning on riding loops of Chimney Rock Saturday afternoon starting around 1pm and ending around 9pm (or technically 30 mins after sunset, from a law enforcement perspective). I'll probably stop in the Newmans lot every two hours to refuel. This will be a casual all day long kinda pace with few if any trail breaks since it is supposed to simulate a 24 hr race (for 8 hours).
Anyone interested in riding along feel free. Also if you are fast and want to leave me behind that is cool too. Come for one loop, come for all. Bring lights for the dusk period. Rain or shine.
