Cooperstown Riding

Got my Road bike ready for the endless roads of upstate NY Near Cooperstown.. But I was thinking about packing the MTB as well. Anyone know of some decent riding out there?

I was asked this before and got the answer of NO. But, between then and now,...I'd go to fatsinthecats.com and ask them.

That whole area pretty much stinks for riding. It lies in a huge valley that is just a mudfest. The people that live there claim to like mud but i think they are just fooling themselves and in denial. There is so much mud it will just stop the bike and require that you get a tune up on your return.
