a little late I guess but 13 deserves a reply :D

Unfortunately we didn't bring any type of picture taking devices with us. However, we ran into Lou before he hit up the white trail and he told us he would take some of the aftermath.

Lou, this is when you would post up that picture...

I didn't see anything...

Lou is busy searching the internet for naked pictures of 13

Just got done walking 6Mile (27 side) with the Wifey (10 year anniversary today!!! Yippee!) and the conditions are great!! I might go back later with the bicycle this time. Enjoy if you go.

Any word on conditions for tonight? I know it might be a little sloppy but from Jdog's last post it seems like it might be ridable.

Anyone who has checked it out in the last day or so?

Thanks,

Tim

I just got back from riding the blue trail and it wasn't too bad, still a few slick spots, but overall its rideable.

Thanks, James.

Slick I'll deal with. Looks like more rain coming tomorrow so I'll take my chances tonight.

I know a lot of the state experienced a down pour earlier today, but Hillsborough & Piscataway (Six Mile is in between) only experienced about a quarter inch.

I'm sure it won't be ready tomorrow, but by Sunday it might be suitable.

(I didn't stop by today, this is just a guess and a heads up.)

I had lunch today in the 27 parking lot. For about a good 20 minutes I couldnt see out the windshield. There was standing water in the lot. Hopefully it'll dry out by Sunday.

Really? Guess the storms were much more isolated than I thought. I was no more than 5 miles from you and never got anything that severe.

Thanks for the update.

I was out there on Wed night and it was still pretty wet. With the rain I would say it got worse not better.

My guess would be Sunday at the earliest.

Every time I was out this season, canal side was better than 27 side. Twisties were slick most of the times.

Theres been some strong isolated storms going over the area this afternoon. Depends if any hit the trails. Sundays still looking to be the better day.

Conditions were very good today. Only sloppy parts i can recall off the top of my heads were...

Canal side - right before you go into the woods
Canal side - Right before the new trail redirect
Canal side - right after the new boardwalk and before the bridge

There were a TON of people in the Canal side lot today. Does anyone know what was going on there?

What time were you there? I think you and I crossed paths on my return on the 27 side. Red Salsa, mtbnj jersey.

Tour de Franklin, the canal lot was a rest stop/ fueling station
