Conditioning, anaerobic, interval, peak...how do I understand all this? Any pointer, please? MLHA (Make Leo Healty Again)

Do BIYF this year. I took it more serious this past round and the base fitness I gained over winter put me in awesome shape for mountain biking in the spring. As someone else mentioned, mountain biking becomes a completely different experience when you already have the core fitness. My overall bike skills progressed tenfold when it stopped being a “workout.”
 
I don't like Oreos.
