My sister had a white GTS, she loved to be seen in that car.

Totally agree the stock look is so much better but I probably have not seen one IRL for many years so at least it’s still running. And it was a 5 speed.IIRC Toyota only made these GT-S convertibles for 1984 and 1985 and they were done by ASC. At the time this was my dream car. Still love that wedge style. The original 16” wheels (below) however look much better IMHO than the ones he’s running.

Those the ACM guys?Got up at crack of dawn this morning for a drive with some folks from the NY/NJ Bimmerpost forum. We had 16 cars in all, mostly M’s of some sort but guest appearances from some STI’s, an S4 and a wicked GT3. We drove from Fairlawn, up 208 up Skyline Drive, past Monksville Reservoir, up East Shore of UGL up into Harriman, down Palisades. Cool bunch of guys of all stripes, clearly passionate about their rides. Some pics:

AutoCouture motoring is the bmw shop down the street from your starting point in fairlawn. Super awesome guys over there and they usually have some sweet surprises in their shop. I do some work for them and in the shop.I’m not sure who ACM is? Most guys were from Fort Lee, Teaneck and the surrounds. Me and one other guy from way down south in Morristown
Later today I saw this beauty at a Home Depot. I guess if you don’t have a pickup bed for your coal rolling stacks you make do...

Maybe it was a hockey playerCouldn't get a pic as I was on bike coming home from 6mr but saw a black benz, S600 on the left of the trunk and I thought it said "Bauer" on the right side. Never heard of that variant and google finds nothing so maybe it was something else, but def not Maybach. Had quad exhaust but not very loud.
