When I save a cad drawing I have the option to Save As .pdf

Otherwise it is print the dwg and then scan and email it from the xerox machine.

There are also a bunch of converters if you google .dwg to.pdf or .dxf to .pdf

You can also email it to me and I can send it back to you.

Did you know you had a CAD Manager on the forum? It could be done a number of ways if you have the right programs. In AutoCAD, you could print to .pdf. At my company we use a third party app named AcroPlot. It makes a smaller .pdf file (better compression).

Feel free to send it to me. I should be able to do it tonight.

You can convert it by plotting it to pdf. Go to plt and when selecting a printing there should be a way to plot to pdf. When you print, it will just creat a pdf file

We use PDF995 as well. Company-wide. Although a few of us have an old version of full Acrobat loaded on our machines. Nice, as it allows me to edit non-protected PDF files. Useful for electronic submittal reviews.
