hey all,

i broke the REBA SL fork on my 2012 Trek 29er. I really love riding this bike at 6MR and Allaire and would love to keep it in my stable - it's super light and snappy...

so, i'm hoping to find a used replacement fork.

i just want to be sure i have all of the relevant measurement details right.

here's what i think i need (pics below for reference, if needed):

* 29er
* 1 1/8 straight steerer tube diameter
* at least 7 1/8 inch long steerer tube
* 9mm x 100mm axle / dropouts

am i missing anything?

also - for your amusement, here's how the damn thing broke...

the other day i was trying to ride my 29er over to a friend's house, by putting it in my bike trailer. well, the bike fit in the trailer...

but while putting it in the trailer, i must have "pinched" the fork stanchions together and i snapped the arch in two...

update!

grabbed @M3Tim ’s old reba today....swapped the lowers to my old upper and it’s a perfect frankenfork! i think the “new” fork is a different travel (longer, i think) from my old fork so it definitely rides a little different, but for a nearly 10 year old bike it’ll work!

anyways, thanks all for the tips and thanks tim for the hook up!
