You folk really do it all around here. I don’t have any pics but I bake my pizza and stromboli in the pellet grill on a stone now. Honed my skillz working in pizza shops in the ‘80’s and ‘90’s (my buddy bought and owned one of them too) so I have that experience to draw on. Cast iron in the oven works great too!
Hands down, make your own dough at home especially if you own a stand up mixer with a dough hook. Flour, water, salt and yeast is all you need. A pinch of sugar for the yeast maybe but it’s no tragedy if you skip it. The quick acting yeast works fast if you’re in a hurry.
Steak stromboli baked in a cast iron skillet, some baking sheet pizza and a sautéed mushroom and onion special roll. Think I put some fresh basil and Parmesan cheese in that dough too. White pizza with garlic, oil and fresh mozzarella in the skillet
