breakfast in NB

I need to drop my daughter off at Rutgers before 8am on Saturday, thought I'd run over to 6MR after that. not really being a morning person, I figured I'd have some semi-healthy breakfast first. Any recommendations for said breakfast. I'm sure I can find a dozen places but insider information is usually best.

Swede Dreams hot dog. Swedish meatball hot dog with mashed potatoes, gravy, and lingonberry jam on it. Will blow your mind.
