Brake Rotor advice

I am having a new set of wheels built up around a set of blue Hope hubs I picked up from pinkshirt, and I need some rotors to go with them. What I want is a two piece/ floating rotor with a blue center section...any idea where I can find some? The brakes are Hayes Nine Hydros with 160mm rotors. Thanks!
