rode it yesterday on gravel and it was a funner bike than the Crux

Nah.... need to keep the essence the same. Besides... don't want to buy new decals and stuff... too much headache.
Thinking... If I just paint over, the Niner decals might come out like stealth?

Any issues for car inspection with the bike hitch rack on the car?

As someone who passed inspection with no windshield, you will have no issue. They check for check engine lights gas cap leaks and sniffer test for a functional cat

I have another laptop that works without too much issue but I am being stubborn on the one with the boot issue because it has touchscreen and bluetooth.

Next phase... getting internet in the garage. Been tethering off my phone but i know there's an optimum wifi in the area. Shows up on the network list on my computer but when trying to connect... says its out of range.

powerline will work as long as on the same side of a transformer.
it doesn't care. do you get a separate electric bill for the garage?

alternately, you could do a wireless bridge if you have line-of-sight to your home.
