I still don't like riding in the snow, but conditions at The Tourne were really good today, and I had a lot of fun today with some teammates.

First ride with new neighbor across the street Brad. This guy is about 10 years younger and weighs 120ish so I thought he would be fast but he's still recovering from hip surgery and was pretty slow. His wife just tested positive for covid (they are both vaxxed) so he stayed about 10 yds behind me - he had delta last summer plus vaxxed so we shall see if I get it.

Friday night the roads looked sketchy so I did the flattest route I could come up with and used the sluggish commuter bike.

Figured I would feel bad crashing the road bike in ice with a commuter with studded tires at home. Conditions actually not bad by midday

This was my first ever solo paver job at our first home together- summer 2008. In comparison to the others in the alley, so glad i broke up those concrete pads vs. building around them. Good to see it is still holding up with out sinkage. If this owner knew what is compacted under them it would blow her mind.

New shoe day at The Tourne. I love it when the weatherman is wrong in my favor. Got hit with maybe 5-6 rain drops this morning.

Little rain and no trails were hurt as I stayed on local paved Green Way Walk Paths.

Saw @The_Mountainside_Menace and his buddy, Charlie, on the local ST this morning. Also a juvenile RTH that lay on an entrance ramp to a state highway. Great snow conditions.

Cleared up a deadfall, too.
