i have a drawer system in my bed, so can't use the over-the-tailgate solutions.
Probably could put a rack on top of it, but it wouldn't be easily removed, and use the bed.
don't like placing a carbon bike on its side - doesn't fit in the back seat.

I think you also need to have lights on it to be totally legal. Or at least drive only during the day.i have a plate bracket, but that requires another plate (which you can order.) perhaps putting one on the rack, so it is visible
when up is an economical solution (and you can let the officer know you ordered it, doing the right thing)

I think that was already discussed but not viable. Also, the form states replacement for lost or damaged plate.

Yeah the problem lies in when you need the pickup truck for things other than carrying bikes.
