I'm note entirely sure how this works.

From the legal verbatim it seems like it would be my boss doing the reimbursement, in which case I can forget about that one.

Also, there are no governing limitations outlined; saying, what are the qualifications of a 'commuter?' Based on percentage of days commuting to work per month, distance of commute, some type of proof? Seems like there is a LOT of legwork before this becomes any type of reality, in Oregon or anywhere for that matter...
