the garage strikes again!
the adjustable wrench is a good idea. just so you know, don't try to buy the actual park tool at marty's. when i asked about it awhile back the guy told me "they aren't for sale".
the garage and half a bottle of red wine
i was actually making some good time on the brake overhaul last night (pads are not covered under the Keep It Rolling program). Pretty basic, remove the pads, reset the calipers, install pads, spin the wheel and repeat the process until all is ducky.
Rear wheel started to take a bit longer, and after about 5 attempts, I realized I had a slight bow in the rotor (rubbing on the outside pad). Well I got a little overzealous with the rubber mallet, and you know....
I don't feel to badly since the rotors are looking pretty worn, but it is still $25 that I shouldn't be spending.
