Well they lied! My 12 mile Fun Ride turned into 17 miles by my bike computer and 15.5 by Garmin. It felt like 50.
These trails have lots of scary parts. Drops, climbs, skinny bumpy trails close to huge drop offs. Still glad I did it, lots of fun.
My legs were hummin' and my back aching. Did ya ever just want it to be over? The town is great though, good traffic support.
and waving merchants and spectators. Got my cup, lunch, beer and friendly faces. Some photos.
